I believe that most of us had an experience of using someone to talk about their problems at some point in life. Even if a problem is just temporary or a phase, therapy can make a difficult time in life easier and less painful to deal with-for both kids and their parents. My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care in a well secured and containing working environment.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, reflect on their feelings, and become aware of their inner strengths. Psychotherapy is the use of therapeutic methods, particularly when based on regular personal interaction, to help a person change behaviour, increase happiness, and overcome problems. Psychotherapy aims to improve an individual's well-being and mental health, to resolve or mitigate troublesome behaviours, beliefs, compulsions, thoughts, or emotions, and to improve relationships and social skills. It helps children and young people to face their fears and progress with their normal development, excel in school and exercise social skills as well as promotes awareness of of emotional well-being and self care.
